Q: What if I received a damaged product?

A: If we sent a wrong product or the product was damaged in the delivery, we will send you a replacement for free and you can keep the wrong/damaged product. But in this case, you must take a picture to prove it. However, if you purchased a wrong product in accident and ask for return, you need to pay for the return shipping cost.

Q: Where should I return those products to?

A: Products purchased in should be returned to our warehouse in the United States. When you contact us, we will tell you the shipping address

Q: Do I have to take a unpacking video in case the product is broken?

A: No, it's not necessery to do that. but we recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 7 days after purchase so that you can send our products back safely and avoid some unnecessary argument.

Q: If the product I received is damaged, who should I contact?

A: Please e-mail to contact us for your return.

Q: How long will it take for the product to deliver?

A: Usually it takes 7 to 12 workdays to deliver in the United States and Canada.
